Activation Vessels

We were contacted by a local manufacturer with an enquiry to fabricate two stainless steel activation vessels. The vessels have the ability to be heated and cooled through insulated jackets on the bottom and side wall of the tanks along with a top mounted agitator to assist with controlling the temperature of the product during manufacturing.

The vessels are to be installed in difficult locations within the manufacturing facility so as part of the fabrication lifting lugs were fitted to the tanks to assist with manoeuvring the tanks into position upon installation.
