Infeed Hopper for Dry Product Packaging Machine

A packaging company made contact with us enquiring about improving efficiency on 3 of their existing packaging machines. The company had looked at mechanical options but they proved to be expensive.

We designed a simple static hopper to fit over the infeed end of the packaging. The size of the static hopper that we fabricated was big enough to hold enough dry products to assist the production process for a full 8 hour shift.

We offered our customer a solution that was simple, cost effective, reduced labour and increased productivity.
