Packing Line Metal Detector Reject Enclosure

We were approached by one of our customers to design, fabricate and install a purpose built lockable reject enclosure to suit an existing metal detector on a finished product packing line.

We fabricated the reject enclosure to fit the existing equipment from welded mesh so the operators can easily observe if any product was being rejected and make the enclosure easily kept clean.

The enclosure has lockable doors on both sides which allows for easy access when removing the rejected product items. Both doors are locked with the quality control master key system so only authorised staff are able to remove the rejected product.

The reject enclosure was site measured to suit the specific location, fabricated and then installed out of production hours so there was no interruption to the packing process.
